• Breathing assessment & mechanics coaching
• Guided exploratory breathing session (We will try a variety of methods so you can learn about different types, but most of the session will be tailored to your desired area of focus.)
• Custom recommended breathwork routines so you can start your own practice or easily incorporate what you learned.

• Discussion on your breathing progress + Q&A
• Guided 20-25 minute breathing session tailored to one area of focus of your choice
• Explanation of methods used and a custom routine you can continue practicing on your own.
