With a passion for deep inner work and personal growth, Hanna believes that mental and emotional health is just as important as diet and exercise. She strives to teach people a holistic wellness approach through balanced eating as well as incorporating simple mindset and mindfulness practices.

With her unique blend of knowledge and skills, Hanna is also able to connect with a wide range of people. She especially loves tailoring results-driven content to new moms and active, everyday athletes in the functional fitness and running communities.

30-Minute Breathwork & Meditation Classes

  • In positive psychology, “flow” describes a mental state in which we are fully immersed in an activity with energized focus and enjoyment. Through breathing and visualization, you’ll be guided to cultivate more flow and work towards your goals feeling more creative, productive, and positive.

  • Take a break from to-do's to destress and connect to the present. You'll leave feeling more calm and energized for the rest of the day.

  • Through calming meditation and breathwork, you’ll anchor back to the present and connect to all the good in your life to cultivate feelings of abundance and openness.

  • Through this powerful meditation and visualization, you’ll bring your mind, body, and soul into alignment to create momentum towards the life you’re meant to live.

  • Experience breathing and mindset practices to connect to your inner strength, boost physical and mental health, and feel empowered.

  • In this mindfulness meditation, you’ll be guided to lower stress and connect to your calm within, no matter what’s happening in the world around you.

Workshops

  • Learn how to use breathwork for better health, weight loss, and workout performance.

    In this interactive workshop, we’ll cover why breathing is both a foundational skill and a powerful optimization tool for fitness and life. You’ll also learn five simple breathing practices that you can easily integrate into your routine.

  • Learn simple, high-impact ways to optimize your life with nutrition, breathwork, and mindfulness.

    In this workshop, we’ll cover:

    • How to avoid two common mistakes that prevent results in fitness and weight loss

    • Why getting lean AND healthy requires different ways of eating—and how to do both

    • A simple assessment to see if your breathing is boosting or harming your health

    • Easy and fun ways to practice mindfulness (besides meditation)

  • Learn four steps to understanding nutrition for getting lean AND crushing PRs.

    In this nutrition workshop, you’ll learn how to determine exactly how much protein, carbs, and fat you actually need to fuel your workouts, make speed and strength gains, and reach your best body composition. We’ll also cover the top two “macro mistakes” active people make that commonly keep them from seeing progress.
