    Learn simple, high-impact ways to optimize your life with nutrition, breathwork, and mindfulness.

    In this workshop, we’ll cover:

    • Why losing weight AND staying healthy requires different ways of eating—and how to do both

    • Simple breathing exercises to boost health and lower stress

    • Easy and fun ways to practice mindfulness (besides meditation)

  • Provide educational events throughout the year with our four-part workshop series on breathwork, nutrition, mindfulness, and financial health.

 

Offer 30-minute mental wellness classes that clear stress and boost productivity.

  • Research shows that mindfulness meditation can help us manage stress and think more clearly. During each session, you’ll learn a different mindfulness technique that you can incorporate into your own daily routine. You’ll also be given a simple mindfulness “homework” exercise to practice between sessions.

  • Because our breath sends signals to the nervous system, we can use breathwork as a powerful tool for better health and happiness in work and life.

    In this four-part series, you’ll learn how to breathe properly along with simple practices that you can easily integrate into your routine for health, stress, focus, and energy.
